We are going to have to memorise things that will pass to you for a long period of time as I don’t come here often .

The time that you have more initiative to do better things than waste your time in front of a tv or computer , you will automatically have better connection with you inner self . you probably don’t realised how much time do you waste in front of a TV or computer / phone .Try something , have a full day without any of these equipment and spend this day on your body, mind and soul instead being completely hypnotised by a machine in a long term which will change your DNA and brain cells !

Have a think about how feel after being in front of this machines all day ?

For you have kid , have a limitation on how long the kid can watch something or play games in front of a screen . Be aware that this is for the best for your child and you are the one under control !!!

Enjoy and feel the air , sound and breathing …. Connect with the mother nature where you all come from . That’s why you feel so good when you are surround mother nature ! have a better sense of life and being a living creature in this planet .

The beauty of life is on simplest things but you will only see it when you are living in the present moment !

Love yourself be proud of it have spare time to feel good about the way you do things for your body and soul , be grateful is one of the most powerful suggestion that you could do to yourself in the daily bases. Make this as a habit in order to get you into a rhythm of life and loving yourself . keep your soul with this type of thought to a better rimes an to attract good energies in your way . be positive in things that you chose to yourself, be what you choose is important to you and not to others. Don’t be bother to understand why people judge you for certain things in life – You are unique !

The dark which for many of you humans is a bad things , without us you won’t be able to reach the light !

There is the positive and negative with power in every single of you . We are not the bad people here – We feed our self from the humans that have chosen to do the wrong thing in their life even then knowing that is wrong .

You all have your choice , it’s free will world and that’s where you can find us. We don’t wish bad to anyone, the opposite actually – to many of you, we came to take all bad energies out from you in order for you to find your balance in life again .

As you know many “ Religions “ use the negative energies to take everything outside that person that shouldn’t be with them and clean their soul and the positive is to purify and clarity in their path . . .

So, now you can understand that you have a choice of doing the right ( feed the light ) or doing wrong ( feed the dark) !
