Stop and think which way you can go in this life ?

Now you were the one projecting this thought which can change down to your decision and can also, decide the mood you will be on the that day and how many people you will share that good mood with . Things in this world are much simpler than you all think . There is no needs to spend your time in what people are thinking about you or what are their opinion in different subjects that you also think different .

You are unique and you are the only one to think and act and transmit energy the way you do. Deeply think about those points in you life as this will help you to go through many problems you have in life

Quantum fisici are there to help many of you that are not sure what is life is all about . Study and think through it as you all have much more to learn about it .


Body


Look after yourself in the mirror and question yourself if you are happy the way your body looks like or how it’s function ? If you are not ( which will be the majority of you ) Do you think your body is happy about you not been happy ? you are sending signal to your brain saying that your body is not looking to feeling good . Now , if you don’t act on it ( like doing exercises 3x times per week min and eat more vegetables than dead animals ). Yourself esteem will automatically going down along the days and this will slow down your energy to do things that you meant to do in this dimension . probably many of you are saying that you are not bother about it but deep inside you all know that your body needs attention and your health is in dangers in long term .


If you have schedules on the daily base the easiest way would be adding exercises in your weekly to do’s . Set yourself goals on where and how you want to look like . Ideally, get a photo of someone else on how you want to look like and start work on it as example . Plan targets and goals will push your brain to want to achieve that goal . Look at that photo everyday and keep pushing yourself more and more . Automatically this will make you get more energy ( spend energy get twice more ) and You will feel proud of yourself on taking actions for a change and your body will transmit more energy which will get yourself esteem much higher . Now it’s all down to you to either avoid look yourself in the mirror and being ashamed of your actions toward to your own body or option to change right now .


it’s not going to be easy but challenges and changes not meant to be easy . For every change in your life you have to give up something to replace to something else . Look at your habits and start change them ( for some people will have to be a rapidly change and some others in different paste ) . however, go in your own rhythm as long you feel good on the actions you are taking to change things to make your self esteem and body to feel good . Many of you don’t want to cut that food that you love but you don’t need to . We are here looking for a balance on how much of that loved food you are eating . “ Everything that is too much is not good “ . You can always reduce that loved food and only eat in special occasions that you think will be . Or instead of eating 3 times per week reduce to once every 2 weeks and if you are very committed you reduce to every 3 weeks . Add this in your calendar and make sure to be strict with your schedule .




Energies


To many of you, energy is something unknown and probably something that you don’t have time to deal with at the moment .

Well , you should look and feel your surrounds and your mood . This is all based on the simple flow of energies in your body. Simple as whatever you eat will create different type of energies in your body.

Now, why do you think that the energies of your body doesn’t transmits to other humans around you ? it’s very straight forward thinking, many of you are living your life as a separate human being and that your thoughts and actions wouldn’t affect anyone else .Stop being so selfish in terms of what you think life is about . if you arrive in a house in bad mood - you will certainly get everyone in that house to get some of your bad energy . DO you think is fair ? you can easily look at how you do to change that energy from negative to positive in order to have better environment to you and to people surround you . There are many technics such as :


1 : Write all your bad thoughts and why that has cause you this energy and write solutions to deal with that energy ( there is a solution for everything )


2: write everything that you have achieved in life and read to yourself ( this will make you proud and will reverse negative energy to good energy )


3 Stop and think with yourself - Where this will take me ? is that really what I want to be ? A grump and moody person ? no, so make a change now to being positive


4 Do a session of breathing deeply for over 5 min. if you can or do for as long you can , this will switch your bad energy to positive energy .


5 Watch something that you know will make you laugh eventually . Please don’t say that “ You are not in the mood for that “ our aim here is to change your current mood and stop dragging yourself and people around you down .


This will switch your bad energy to positive energy and you will be able to examine this bad energy and find solution for it .

The whole idea of this is for you to step out from this bubble of bad energies and switch back to your inner or positive inner


Being positive will only bring you good energies and good things in your life . People will always think good of you which will always transmit good energies to your soul and body which , you will distribute to others automatically with your positive energies . it becomes a cycle of giving and receiving energies and you are the only one to decide what you will be .


The technics the you meet a person in a bad mood is :

1 Protect your energies ( Imagine a shelf in front of you )

2 Acknowledge that you are in positive energies and that person has bad energies .

3 Don’t ask about it till that person comes and talks about it ( Some people don’t want to talk about - protect your field of energies )

4 Focus on the solution and don’t get into the problem or into the energy of that person ( stay away from that bubble - look from outside)

5 Go back to the same frequency of positive energy that you had before you met that person .


This is obviously for people that you know and care about . For the other people protect your energy and keep yourself neutron whatever energy they try to transmit to you . There are many people out there that are looking for positive people to suck their good energy . So, best you can do is to ignore them and protect yourself and your energies
